Ticket refunds are available in accordance with the carrier's rules. Please note the following conditions:
- Refunds are only available for tickets with the status "successful purchase".
- The refund amount depends on the time remaining until the departure and the carrier's refund policy.
- Tickets purchased via API integration are processed automatically based on the carrier's terms.
Refund Procedure
- Log in to your personal account on the website.
- Open your order history and find the relevant ticket.
- Click the "Refund" button next to the ticket.
- Fill out the refund form, providing the ticket number, last name, phone number, and other required details.
- Select your preferred refund method: bank account or bonus account.
- Confirm the refund request.
Refund Timeframes
Funds will be credited as follows:
- To the bonus account – instantly after the request is processed.
- To the bank account – within 3-5 business days.
