Ticket refunds are available in accordance with the carrier's rules. Please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only available for tickets with the status "successful purchase".
  • The refund amount depends on the time remaining until the departure and the carrier's refund policy.
  • Tickets purchased via API integration are processed automatically based on the carrier's terms.

Refund Procedure

  1. Log in to your personal account on the website.
  2. Open your order history and find the relevant ticket.
  3. Click the "Refund" button next to the ticket.
  4. Fill out the refund form, providing the ticket number, last name, phone number, and other required details.
  5. Select your preferred refund method: bank account or bonus account.
  6. Confirm the refund request.

Refund Timeframes

Funds will be credited as follows:

  • To the bonus account – instantly after the request is processed.
  • To the bank account – within 3-5 business days.
